At TréLuxe, we want you to love your curls and our products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
